MFM - 4

So far we’ve talked about success and failure. Let’s move forward to talk about one thing that is common to both success and failure - challenges, obstacles etc ...

Joshua J Marine put this so well: "Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.

Proverbs 24:10 - If you fail under pressure, your strength is too small. (NLT)

If you have a positive attitude and constantly strive to give your best effort, eventually you will overcome your immediate problems and find you are ready for greater challenges.
~Pat Riley

One who gains strength by overcoming obstacles possesses the only strength which can overcome adversity. ~ Albert Schweitzer

“Even the most daring and accomplished people have undergone tremendous difficulty. In fact, the more successful they became, the more they attributed their success to the lessons learned during their most difficult times. Adversity is our teacher. When we view adversity as a guide towards greater inner growth, we will then learn to accept the wisdom our soul came into this life to learn.” ~Barbara Rose

Personally when I face a stumbling block – or a set of them, rather than see them as a setback, I try to step back and ask myself, “How can I turn these to stepping stones or better yet building blocks?”

Whatever comes your way, once you are someone who truly loves the Lord not just by lips but through our lives, remember that: “God is always at work for the good of everyone who loves Him.” (Rom 8:28 – Contemporary English Version)

Whatever comes your way, keep marching forward in March and even beyond this month.
