Your presence vs. absence
This is true but a terrible thing to be said of anyone.
In fact, if a person's presence doesn't add value to other people's lives,
their absence may actually be a blessing because that person no longer erodes value.
You matter to God and to the world...add value wherever you are and go.
You should be missed whenever you go...

Content?
One night, I woke up suddenly and for no reason I can explain, I started asking myself whether I was content. The more I thought about it, other words popped in my head. Before long, I started asking myself if the way I live and behave is a sign of contentment, or whether I was contentious or even contemptuous. I know it sounds like a play of words but it wasn't "punny" at the time. I really needed to look inwards and answer these difficult questions honestly.

#Gym-gist: What not to do...
Let's start with a fact: Going to the gym is truly a bigger challenge than some people make it seem. It's so easy to come up with reasons, note I didn't say "excuses" (which most may be), on why you don't need to go to the gym - today, tomorrow, someday or even ever. So let me start by applauding you if you've gone beyond registering to join a gym and actually gone into the gym and exercised. I know because for years I said my walk from the train station to my office or my walking through store aisles especially when grocery shopping was exercise - and all I needed.
