What do you see?

Welcome to 2011!
What do you see?  That is an age-old question...and the answer depends on who's looking, what you're looking at, where you are at the time and what your current focus is.
This is a new year...
with unimagined possibilities, untapped opportunities and God's evergreen promises
but what do you see?
Yes YOU -
not your spouse, friend, parent, child, colleague, mentor, prayer partner, pastor
- YOU!
In Genesis 13: 16 - 18 and Gen 15: 5-6, God told Abraham to look up and see...
and he would get what he sees.
God was pleased with Abraham because he looked, saw...
and believed he would receive what he had seen.
Look at this picture - what do you see?
Look again - what do you see?
Did you see an abstract black and white picture, a white vase, 2 silhouettes or nothing?
Blink! Look away and look again...
The point here is like Henry David Thoreau said
"The question is not what you look at, but what you see."*

Let's look and see what the Bible says in Isaiah 64:4: "For since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him." (NKJV)

Restated in 1 Cor 2:9 "But as it is written: “ Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” " (NKJV)

So what do you see and "forsee" (imagine) for yourself in this year - and in your life? Knowing that God is able and willing to do more that you can ever think or ask.**
I encourage to look, see and believe because
what you conceive in your heart you will receive in your life...
it all starts with seeing and believing...which is really believing before you see.***
Happy New Year!!!
What do you see? The words or the stars in your future?
The fact is this will be a Happy Year for you because there are bright stars in your future...
Have a great year ahead. May God bless you richly. AMEN!
