Learn to L@Y

There are also many physical, mental and social benefits of laughter including:
Lowering blood pressure - lower BP reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.
Ab Workout - As you laugh, the muscles in your stomach expand and contract, similar to when you intentionally exercise your abs. Now don't cut out exercise...just laugh and exercise more.
Undercover massage - "Laughter is a good workout for respiratory, abdominal, leg, back, and facial muscles. Laughter also helps burn calories. A good, forceful laugh vibrates the diaphragm, and the deep breaths let in more oxygen every time, thereby making laughter one of the best respiratory exercises." Giving others a reasons to want to be around you. Having a good sense of humor is an "attractive" attribute. Just be sensitive to others and don't taunt others in the guise of laughing.
Health-enhancing hormones - When you laugh, you increase level of health-enhancing hormones (e.g. endorphins) and the number of antibody-producing cells we have working for us.

“Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that
your daily mood and emotional state support good health.” ~ Paul E. McGhee, Ph.D.

So LAUGH more frequently, love more freely and live more fully...
