It's all up to you

Life is full of choices - and not making a decision is a choice in itself. The choices we make or decisions we take (or don't make/take) in life are really all up to us. For instance, as morbid as it may sound, do you know that we all have a choice about how many times we want to die? The options are straightforward:
  1. Die once, or
  2. Die twice
Everyone will be born once and we each have the option to be born twice (i.e. when we become born-again). Being born is the minimum for everyone - you should aim for the maximum. On the flip side, everyone (except those Christians who are still alive when the rapture takes place) will die once at a minimum - here, make the minimum your maximum.
Jesus, the Way, Truth and Life - shared the truth of the way to life with us:
Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God. Nicodemus said to Him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter his mother’s womb again and be born? Jesus answered, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, unless a man is born of water and [even] the Spirit, he cannot [ever] enter the kingdom of God." (John 3: 3 - 5 - Amplified)
The author of Hebrews tells us about the other side - at the end of life:
"It is in the plan that all men die once. After that, they will stand before God and be judged.
(Heb 9:27 - New Life Version)

Jesus also revealed to John what the destination of each option is:
Revelation 21: 7-8 - Those who win the victory [conquer] will receive [inherit] this [these things; God’s promise], and I will be their God, and they will be my children. But cowards, those who refuse to believe [without faith], who do evil [vile; detestable] things, who kill, who sin sexually, who do evil magic [sorcery], who worship idols, and who tell lies—all these will have ·a place [their part] in the lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
(Expanded Bible)

Putting all the options on the table:
We each have a choice to be born twice and die once or born once and die twice.
As this year winds down, with 3 days to go, what option do you choose? It's all up to you...
